By registering for, purchasing a ticket to, or attending National Agriculture Day 2026 – Celebrating North Coast Agriculture, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Event Registration and Admission

• All registrations and tickets are subject to availability and any applicable event capacity limits.

• Registrations and tickets are valid only for National Agriculture Day 2026 – Celebrating North Coast Agriculture on Friday 20 November 2026.

• Attendees may be required to present their registration confirmation or ticket, electronically or in printed form, upon arrival.

• Registrations and tickets may not be duplicated or used by more than one person unless expressly permitted by the organiser.

• Attendees are responsible for ensuring that the information provided during registration is accurate.

2. Ticket Purchases and Refunds

• Where tickets are sold, all purchases are final unless otherwise stated by the organiser.

• Refunds will not ordinarily be provided for change of mind, inability to attend, scheduling conflicts, travel difficulties, illness or other personal circumstances.

• Where registrations are provided free of charge, attendees who are unable to attend are encouraged to notify the organiser so their place may be made available to another participant.

• Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.

• Where a refund or other remedy is required under the Australian Consumer Law, the applicable remedy will be provided.

3. Event Changes, Postponement or Cancellation

• Primex Field Days reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event program, speakers, presentations, activities, schedule or other arrangements where necessary.

• The appearance or participation of individual speakers, presenters, industry representatives or organisations may be subject to change.

• If the event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, registered attendees will be advised using the contact details provided during registration.

• Any applicable refund or other remedy will be provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

4. Event Conduct and Participation

• Attendees are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally throughout the event.

• All attendees must comply with reasonable directions from event organisers, venue staff, security personnel and authorised representatives.

• The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove any person engaging in threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe or disruptive behaviour.

• Attendees must respect the safety, comfort and participation of other guests, speakers, exhibitors and industry representatives.

5. Venue Requirements

• The event will be held at Lismore Workers Club, and all attendees must comply with the venue's applicable conditions of entry, safety requirements and reasonable directions from venue staff.
